One of the most misunderstood concepts about [Digital Shopping Coin (DSC)](https://dsmpartners.net/tokenomics/ "Digital Shopping Coin (DSC)") is its pricing.

Thus far, we have stated that the initial price of DSC, once it enters crypto exchanges, will be, at a minimum, $50,000.
Many observers wonder: How could the price be established before DSC enters crypto exchanges? How could it be so much higher than the prices of established cryptocurrencies in the market?
To answer the first question, any projected business must come up with its projected price for its output, which is a function of quantitative and qualitative assumptions built into the business model. This is what Digital Shopping Mall (DSM) did to determine the projected price of DSC.
As outlined in our [Tokenomics](https://dsmpartners.net/tokenomics/ "Tokenomics"), we can mint any quantity of DSCs and set any price we wish without affecting the intrinsic value that DSM pioneers in the business world.
The primary strength of DSM's business model lies in the capabilities of its groundbreaking shopping software [to reduce the prices of products and services](https://social.digitalshoppingmall.net/content/perma?id=4164&cd1=4&cd2=516 "to reduce the prices of products and services") by up to almost 100% (100 times lower than prevailing market prices), something that suppliers of the products and services cannot do themselves.
This means that no business in the world can compete in its industry without using DSM's shopping software to sell its products/services.
In short, DSM boasts the most lucrative business model globally that cuts accross all economic sectors, hence it is not surprising to see its cryptocurrency valued higher than any other cryptocurrency out there.
The only way for buyers to access the exclusive discounts offered by DSM is to purchase through DSM, and you can only purchase with Digital Shopping Points (DSP) within DSM, which can be bought on DSM, or converted from DSC to DSP at 1:1 ratio.
A prospective buyer would not mind the quantity or price of DSP in the market as long as DSP enables them to save more on the purchase price than they can elsewhere.
For example, if the iPhone price is $1800, you can preorder it in DSM by paying DSP worth only $18 (a 100 times reduction in price). Prospective buyers who don't have DSPs will not mind buying DSPs worth $18, regardless of the price of DSPs in the market, in order to be able to preorder an iPhone worth $1,800. As long as they pay $18 to get an opportunity to buy an iPhone worth $1,800, they will not care about the quantity or price of DSPs in the market.
This will create high demand for DSPs worldwide as businesses and people seek to get exclusive discounts available in DSM for their desired products and services. The global demand, given the fixed quantity of 40 billion DSCs for use globally, will result in a rise in the price of DSC in the market, which will increase the price of DSP. This increase will continue until the DSP worth $18 reaches the value of $1,800, enabling the prospective iPhone buyer to purchase it.
This is why we stated in DSM Tokenomics that we could mint 100 billion DSCs and set its initial price at $100,000; yet, people will still buy it because it is the only way for them to access the deepest discounts not available elsewhere in the market, including those from the suppliers themselves, other than DSM.
And we have not factored in the other aspect of DSM's business model that significantly increases its intrinsic value - its exclusive affiliate program, rewarding its members with direct and indirect commissions up to 10 generations deep.
Only in DSM will you be paid direct commissions for each product sold in the mall, with a cap of $100,000 if you are the first person to recommend the product to be added to the mall for shopping purposes. Since the commissions are paid in DSPs and since DSPs can avail a buyer with a price cut of up to 100 times, it means your DSP worth $100,000 earned by recommending a deal to be sold in DSM can purchase products and services in DSM worth up to $10 million!
You don't need to invite a single person to earn recommendation commissions. Simply fill out the online form to recommend a product or service, and that is all. It is not your duty to communicate with the supplier of the product or service you recommend in order to convince them to register on DSM and add the product or service for sale. It is the duty of the DSM Marketing Executive.
Ordinary members can recommend 1 product and 1 service per annum, and only from suppliers doing business in their local areas. DSM Founding Members can recommend 5 products and 5 services per annum, and only from suppliers doing business in their local areas. [DSM Early Founding Members](https://dsmpartners.net/founding_members/ "DSM Early Founding Members ") have no limit in recommending products and services and can do so from suppliers located worldwide.
Apart from recommendation commissions, [there are myriad other commissions](https://dsmpartners.net/ "there are myriad other commissions") paid to members using DSM's affiliate business model, 10 generations deep.
Suppliers cannot pay these affiliate commissions without affecting their profitability. DSM can do so because it has an ingenious way of cutting prices up to 100 times while paying the suppliers based on their prevailing market prices. DSM's price-slashing capabilities magnify the value of commissions paid to members, as explained in the recommendation commissions of $100,000 mentioned above.
To sum it up, DSM has a groundbreaking business model, which has the highest intrinsic value of all time. The pricing of its DSC does not affect the purchasing power of its buyers. On the contrary, DSC purchases enable people to access DSPs that enable them to save money through price cuts up to 100 times compared to market prices, as well as enabling buyers with DSPs to participate in earning DSM direct and indirect affiliate commissions 10 generations deep.
